Alternatively, elevate your wellness routine with our monthly membership, granting you 20 sessions per month. With the freedom to tailor your cold immersion experience to your lifestyle, achieving optimal rejuvenation and recovery has never been easier. Join us and discover the transformative power of cold water therapy today! Additional Details: - Up to 15 min in any CWT room in your own tub. Please ensure you arrive early enough to shower, change and be ready to enter the room at your appointment time. - Temperature ranges from 3-8 degrees Celsius - Fresh towels provided for everyone. Robes are provided for members only. - You are required to bring a bathing suit/swim trunks & slippers - Option for relaxing soundscapes (volume knob) - Shower is required prior to using facilities Our cold plunge features an advanced water purification system and efficient circulation to guarantee impeccably clean and clear water, delivering an invigorating and hygienic immersion experience. Cold Water Therapy Recommended Usage for Optimal Results: Avg. 3x a week for 2-6 minutes for each immersion. 11 min per week IN TOTAL is what is most optimal. This is not the 'bare minimum'. Going over this is not detrimental, but has not been proven to be more beneficial than the 11 min / week.
Cancellation Policy
Please allow a minimum of 24 hours to cancel your scheduled appointment in order to give an opportunity for someone else to book in. Last minute cancellations & no shows will result in a redeemed session and is non-refundable or transferrable. You are allotted 15 minutes for a Cold Water Immersion Session and 45 minutes for a Contrast Therapy Session. If you are late, your session will end at its originally scheduled time in order to ensure the next guest can begin their session on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be unable to attend your appointment. Any guest with three or more no-shows may be required to pre-pay for any future appointments. A charge of $50 will be incurred if your towel or robe is not placed in the hamper after your session. You are required to shower prior to entering any of our cold water tubs or saunas. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in adhering to our policies. These policies allow us to serve all of our clients efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive experience for everyone.
