The DRIP Wellness Group

We are thrilled to partner with The DRIP Wellness Group and provide IM (intramuscular) booster injections. This is a common method of administering medications or nutrients into the body, and they are absorbed and distributed differently. IM injections allow for slow, steady absorption of the medication into the bloodstream through the muscle, which can provide a more prolonged effect.

Booster VS Drip

Intramuscular (IM) Injections:

  • Absorption: When a medication is injected into the muscle, it is absorbed into the bloodstream through the capillaries in the muscle tissue. The absorption rate can vary depending on the type of medication, the specific muscle, and the individual's blood flow to that area.

  • Distribution: The distribution of the drug from an IM injection can be slower and more sustained compared to IV administration. This is because the drug has to be absorbed from the muscle tissue into the bloodstream.

  • Uses: IM injections are often used for medications that need to be absorbed slowly over time. They are commonly used for vaccines, hormonal therapies, and some antibiotics.

Intravenous (IV) Drips:

  • Absorption: In an IV drip, the medication is delivered directly into the bloodstream through a vein. This allows for immediate absorption and distribution throughout the body.

  • Distribution: Because the medication is directly in the bloodstream, it reaches the target site or sites of action much more quickly than IM injections. The concentration of the drug in the blood reaches a peak level rapidly.

  • Uses: IV administration is used for medications that require rapid effect or for those that are not well absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract or muscles. This includes emergency drugs, chemotherapy, hydration fluids, and some antibiotics.

In summary, the key difference is in the route and speed of absorption. IM injections allow for slow, steady absorption of the medication into the bloodstream, which can provide a more prolonged effect. In contrast, IV administration results in immediate, direct entry of the medication into the bloodstream, allowing for rapid distribution and effect. This difference influences the choice of administration method based on the desired onset and duration of the medication's action.

LipoLite

Lipotropic MIC (Methionine, Inositol, Choline) plus Vitamin B12 injections, commonly known as MIC + B12, when administered as an  IM booster, are designed to support weight loss,  enhance energy production, and promote liver health. Each component of this combination plays a unique role in the body's metabolic processes.

- Enhanced Fat Loss  - Increased Energy Levels - Improved Liver Function - Better Mood and Cognitive Function

2

Beauty

Biotin also known as Vitamin B7 or Vitamin H, is a water-soluble vitamin that plays a crucial role in the body's metabolic processes. It acts as a coenzyme for carboxylase enzymes, involved in the synthesis of  fatty acids, isoleucine, and valine, and in gluconeogenesis.  When administered as an intramuscular (IM) booster, biotin can provide several benefits due to its critical role in maintaining the body's metabolic and physiological functions, some of which are:

- Supports Metabolism - Promotes Healthy Skin, Hair, and Nails - Neurological Benefits - Blood Sugar Regulation - Fetal Development

3

Sunshine

Vitamin D, often referred to as the "sunshine vitamin," is unique because it can be synthesized by the body upon exposure to sunlight, in addition to being obtained through diet and supplements. This fat-soluble vitamin plays a crucial role in numerous bodily functions, primarily in calcium and phosphorus absorption, making it essential for maintaining healthy bones and teeth. When administered as an IM booster, Vitamin D can offer several significant health benefits by ensuring adequate levels of this nutrient are maintained in the body, especially in individuals at risk of deficiency or with limited sun exposure. Here are the key functions and benefits of Vitamin D:

- Calcium Absorption - Immune Support - Muscle Function - Cardiovascular Health - Mood Regulation & Mental Health - Supports Lung Health

4

Glow

Glutathione, often referred to as the body's "master antioxidant," is a tripeptide composed of three amino acids: cysteine, glutamate, and glycine. It plays a crucial role in protecting the body against oxidative stress, detoxifying harmful substances, supporting immune function, and maintaining  overall health. When administered as an IM booster, glutathione can offer a range of benefits due to its powerful antioxidant properties and its role in various physiological processes:

- Antioxidant Protection - Detoxification - Immune System Support - Skin Health - Improved Energy Production - Supports Respiratory Health - Neuroprotection

5

C-POP

Vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid, is a water-soluble vitamin that serves multiple roles in the body and is essential for maintaining good health. It is well known for its antioxidant properties, support of the immune system, and contribution to collagen synthesis among other functions. When administered as an IM booster, Vitamin C bypasses the digestive system, potentially providing faster and more direct benefits due to increased bioavailability. Here are the key functions and benefits of Vitamin C in the body:

 - Antioxidant Protection - Immune System Support - Collagen Synthesis - Supports Brain Health - Fetal Development - Reduction of Chronic Disease Risk

6

CoQ10

Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) offers a range of potential health benefits. Primarily known for its role in energy production within cells, CoQ10 supports heart health by aiding in the generation of energy for the heart muscle. Additionally, it acts as an antioxidant, protecting cells from damage caused by free radicals and inflammation. Research suggests that CoQ10 may help alleviate migraines and support neurological function.

 - Helps Lower LDLs Levels  - Improves Memory and Cognitive Function  - Migraine Prevention  - Acts as an Antioxidant by Reducing Oxidative Damage

7

Power

L-Carnitine is a naturally occurring amino acid derivative that plays a vital role in energy production by transporting fatty acids into the mitochondria, where they can be burned for energy. When administered as an intramuscular  (IM) booster, L-Carnitine provides several significant benefits by enhancing its availability in the body, which can lead to improved metabolic functions and other health benefits such as:

 - Enhanced Fat Metabolism - Increased Energy Production - Supports Recovery - Cardiovascular Health - Support for Brain Function - Blood Sugar Regulation

8

Anti-Ageing

NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) is a coenzyme present in all living cells that plays a critical role in energy production, DNA repair and cell signaling. When administered as an intramuscular  (IM) booster, L-Carnitine provides several significant benefits by enhancing its availability in the body, which can lead to improved metabolic functions and other health benefits such as:

- Cellular Energy Production - DNA Repair - Brain Health - Mood Regulation - Chronic Conditions - Improved Mitochondrial Function - Metabolic Support
