Rewards Program

Real results come from repetition. Science shows that cold, heat, and red light therapies create lasting benefits when done consistently, not occasionally. That’s why our rewards program exists - to reward you for showing up and staying consistent.

RESET REWARDS PROGRAM - TERMS & CONDITIONS

Eligibility: The Reset Rewards Program is available exclusively to active members of Reset Hydrotherapy. Membership must remain active to earn and redeem rewards. Cards are issued to individual members only and cannot be shared, transferred, or combined.


Participation: Each member is issued one physical rewards card per account. Cards must be activated by a staff member before use. Only one card may be active at a time. Lost or damaged cards can be replaced, but punches cannot be transferred.


Earning Rewards:

  • You’ll earn one stamp per day, even if you complete multiple sessions.

  • Missed punches will not be added retroactively.

  • Digital or photo submissions are not accepted.

  • You are responsible for showing your card after each session. Staff will not remind you.


Redeeming Rewards:

  • Completed cards can be redeemed for one available perk from the current reward list.

  • Each perk can only be chosen once every three completed cards to keep rewards varied.

  • Perks must be selected at the time of card completion and booked for the following month.

  • Rewards are subject to availability at the time of redemption.

  • All bookings follow our regular scheduling and cancellation policies.

  • Rewards cannot be traded for cash, credits, or membership discounts.

  • Cards must be presented in person to redeem rewards. Staff will not prompt or remind you to redeem.

  • Guest passes are valid for first-time visitors only.


Expiration & Validity:

  • Rewards cards do not expire while the membership remains active.

  • Inactive or frozen memberships pause progress but do not void completed cards.

  • Cards are non-transferable and have no cash value.

  • All bookings follow our regular scheduling and cancellation policies.


Additional Conditions:

  • Perks, terms, and eligible services are subject to change at any time.

  • Reset Hydrotherapy reserves the right to modify or cancel the program without prior notice.

  • Abusive, fraudulent, or inappropriate use of the rewards program may result in removal from the program.
