Sessions can be booked up to 7 days in advance, and with 1 hour notice on the same day. All memberships can be paused for up to 60 days if life gets busy. There are no contracts, no minimum commitments, and no sign-up fees, just 30 days’ notice if you decide to cancel. Plans are non-transferrable with no roll over.
