Service Description
Build resilience and acclimatize at your own pace with our different tub temperatures ranging from 3-14°C. Select your preferred tub temperature during booking by choosing the corresponding staff member. Remember, colder and longer are not always better. Consistency and controlled exposure matter most. Cancellation Policy
Please allow a minimum of 24 hours to cancel your scheduled appointment in order to give an opportunity for someone else to book in. Last minute cancellations & no shows will result in a redeemed session and is non-refundable or transferrable. Appointments may be rescheduled up to 8 hours before session start time. You are required to arrive at least 10 minutes to your scheduled start time in order to be showered, changed and ready to begin at your appointment time. If you are late, your session will end at its originally scheduled time in order to ensure the next guest can begin their session on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be unable to attend your appointment. Any guest with three or more no-shows may be required to pre-pay for any future appointments. A charge of $50 will be incurred if your towel or robe is not placed in the hamper after your session. You are required to shower here prior to entering any of our cold water tubs or saunas. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in adhering to our policies. These policies allow us to serve all of our clients efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive experience for everyone.
