Whether you opt for drop-in convenience or a membership plan tailored to your needs, our goal remains the same: to provide you with the tools and support you need to thrive. Additional Details: - Up to 45 min in a private room with access to both a spacious infrared sauna and XL cold tub - Free to alternate between both at your own leisure (we recommend intervals of 15 min in the sauna followed by 2-3 minutes in the cold tub) - Please towel dry as much sweat as you can before going back into the cold tub to help maintain water quality - Fresh robe, towels, and slippers - Option for relaxing soundscapes Cold Tub Details: - Temperature ranges from 3-8 degrees celsius - Our cold plunge features an advanced water purification system, incorporating ozone technology, a micron filter, and efficient circulation to guarantee impeccably clean and clear water, delivering an invigorating and hygienic immersion experience: - Ozone is highly beneficial as it serves as a potent disinfectant, efficiently eliminating harmful microorganisms, improving water clarity, and minimizing the need for chemical additives, thus ensuring a safe, clear, and refreshing immersion experience for users. - A micron filter is invaluable as it efficiently removes particles and debris from the water, guaranteeing a clean, clear, and hygienic immersion experience for users while reducing maintenance efforts and preserving water quality. - A pre-filter is beneficial as it acts as an essential first defence against larger particles and contaminants, safeguarding downstream filtration systems
Cancellation Policy
Please allow a minimum of 24 hours to cancel your scheduled appointment in order to give an opportunity for someone else to book in. Last minute cancellations & no shows will result in a redeemed session and is non-refundable or transferrable. You are allotted 15 minutes for a Cold Water Immersion Session and 45 minutes for a Contrast Therapy Session. If you are late, your session will end at its originally scheduled time in order to ensure the next guest can begin their session on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be unable to attend your appointment. Any guest with three or more no-shows may be required to pre-pay for any future appointments. A charge of $50 will be incurred if your towel or robe is not placed in the hamper after your session. You are required to shower prior to entering any of our cold water tubs or saunas. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in adhering to our policies. These policies allow us to serve all of our clients efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive experience for everyone.
