PRIVATE RED LIGHT THERAPY ROOM

Our dedicated Ultimate Red Light Therapy room gives you a private space to slow down while experiencing full-body red and near-infrared light therapy.

No heat. No cold. No complicated routine. Just step in, get comfortable and give your body time to recover.

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO

Your first visit, made easy.

A little preparation goes a long way. Here’s what to expect so you can arrive ready, settle in and make the most of your Reset.

01 — ARRIVE 10 MINUTES EARLY
Check in at the Evolve Strength front desk when you arrive. Give yourself at least 10 minutes before your appointment to change, shower and be ready to begin at your scheduled session time.

02 — CHANGE + SHOWER
Head to the Evolve change rooms to get ready for your session. Swimwear is required for cold water and contrast therapy.

Bring only what you need into the Reset space: your towel or robe, slippers and a closed water bottle. Personal belongings can remain in the change room.

03 — FIND YOUR RESET ROOM
You’ll be directed to your designated room for your session. If it’s your first visit, we’ll make sure you know where you’re going and what to expect before you begin.

04 — ENJOY YOUR SESSION
Your reserved time begins at your scheduled appointment time, so arriving prepared means more time to Reset.

Cold Water Therapy sessions are 15 minutes, while Contrast Therapy session lengths vary depending on the experience booked.

05 — WRAP UP + RESET
When your session is complete, leave any Reset-provided linens, including towels and robes, in your treatment room and head back to the change room if needed.
