Service Description
Infrared saunas promote relaxation, detoxification, and improved circulation by using heat to penetrate deep into the skin, helping to alleviate muscle pain and reduce stress. Red light therapy stimulates cell regeneration, reduces inflammation, and enhances skin health by penetrating the skin with specific wavelengths of light, encouraging tissue repair and collagen production. Together, they offer powerful benefits for overall wellness and recovery. Use the Red Light panels for no more than 15 min. Utilize the internal timer within the sauna.
Cancellation Policy
Please allow a minimum of 24 hours to cancel your scheduled appointment in order to give an opportunity for someone else to book in. Last minute cancellations & no shows will result in a redeemed session and is non-refundable or transferrable. You are required to arrive at least 10 minutes to your scheduled start time in order to be showered, changed and ready to begin at your appointment time. If you are late, your session will end at its originally scheduled time in order to ensure the next guest can begin their session on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be unable to attend your appointment. Any guest with three or more no-shows may be required to pre-pay for any future appointments. A charge of $50 will be incurred if your towel or robe is not placed in the hamper after your session. You are required to shower here prior to entering any of our cold water tubs or saunas. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in adhering to our policies. These policies allow us to serve all of our clients efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive experience for everyone.
